A little bit about Littlefoot & Me…I have always been a DIY’er and even more so once my son Silas was born. With lots of custom furniture & art I had already built in the house, I wanted to build a fun bed for my son. I had stumbled upon Ana Whites DIY website and found her and Jen Woodhouse had designed a cabin bed together, and I fell in love. So Silas and I hit up our local hardware store and started right away. He loves to help. And I love watching him help even more. Once we had finished the bed, a lot of other parents were interested and wanted one for their little one. I have had people ask me in the past for a custom table, mirror, bed, etc. and never really jumped on it. With a little motivation from family and friends, I was encouraged to start my own business. Now that I have someone so special to work with and teach, I can’t think of doing anything else. My son is only 2, but he is learning and loving this passion of mine. The cabin bed is one of his favorites :)
