Listing is for a custom elevated playhouse. We can build it to suit 8 foot or higher ceilings. Photos shown are 8 foot ceilings, with the playhouse floor at 35″ off the ground. Cabin measures 80″ W and 60″ D. This listing is for the main cabin only and does not include the slide (available through Amazon or Target), the rope bridge, or the separate unit. Build will arrive in panels and be assembled in place. Please contact us if you are interested in additional customizations (such as the separate unit, etc.) Finish is customizable, to be determined by buyer at no extra cost.
